You either have to 301 redirect the old urls to your new pages, if you still have the old site online, or you need to use the same, exact urls that where indexed for the new page urls. Use canonical...

When i broke down the image link it still doesn't work.

Otherwise you might need to use cononical tags if your site has duplicate pages.
