Site looks really good. There are no On page issues to be notified. Build a stronger social media presence. Start building good backlinks. Focus on multimedia marketing too.

Yes, this is how the process gets started!
You need to do some tests promoting several offers setting low budget per day.
Keep variations of ads for one single product, kill those not converting...
