You misunderstood it. One list can have many, many forms. I did do it on aweber: for example, for different giveaway events I created NOT a new list, just a new form for the same list.

In my experience, to keep that relationship going, you have to constantly do 3 things: Introduction, Induction, and Indoctrination.

You have to continually re-introduce yourself to them...
