If you did not setup 301 redirects when you switched to HTTPS, you will not just magically recover your rankings and traffic. You need to set up the proper redirect rules in the .htaccess file....

Give it time. Last year I made the switch from HTTP to HTTPS myself. My search rankings tanked but slowly recovered over the course of a few months. In fact, they bounced back higher.

Did you set up 301 redirect correctly? Did you added both site versions in Google Search Console?
