Could be the traffic quality, but don't assume it's not your landing page, offer, or url targets.

You have to test multiple landing pages and multiple offers to find out what the story really is....

Also a squeeze page and work great with ClickBank, build a list and promote the top products in the niche. You can really maximize profits like this.

Best way, in my experience, to take advantage of these high payout offers is to build a small "Eco system" surrounding subject niche.

This takes a little bit of time to build, and does not revolve...

Higher paying offers cost more money to test, that is the biggest different.

So make sure you have a good budget and don't skimp on teating.

Talk to your affiliate manager and find out what is required for those high CPAs.

Most likely you will find it's pies in the sky. At least I have not found one of those higher paying CPA offers...
