I am in mind to dump it after all it only cost me £3.50 to register it. My boss has other idea's and wants it. He's even going to get some advice from his solicitor as to the legality of it.

I find the same. Personally I think a lot of it is down to on Page SEO. I don't think they scrutinise the backlinks as much as Google do. Keywords within Domain names still works well with Yahoo/Bing...
