I don't worry about conversion rates these days.

I track visitor value instead because its a function of price, conversion rate and cost of the sale, measuring profit...

Yup like Paul said, it's all relative.

If you're spending $100 to make a $99 sale then a 10% conversion rate will just send you broke 10 times faster than a 1% conversion rate ;)
