Noncompete agreement.

Don't use a template, hire a lawyer. A good agreement will cost you more up front but, if it is ever challenged, having it hold up in court will pay off.

I agree with HigherPrThanGod, you can do it yourself. Its not that hard especially for micro niche sites. But if you are hard pressed for time check out the Warriors For Hire section.
