I agree on starting the day right results in better productivity. I'd recommend to take 2 hour power work hours then take a 10 min - 30 min break / nap / exercise.

I also recommend Squidoo since it's build for ads. Blogger's advantage is really with ranking in google since they own it. Hub Pages can also work with Ads.
