Since your videos will be closely related, creating a separate channel will be overkill. Though if you are only concentrating on this niche, then keeping a separate channel for your private practice...

Wow, Just a glance at your salescopy says your title sucks. You really need a "KILLER" headline , something that will ignite the visitors to continue reading. Do mention some features of Apsense too....
