You no need to think what ads will show in your site, Google has algorithm that has a function to display their ads based on your site topic. So, it is automatically. Just copy and paste the code...

Interesting question,but I think it is almost impossible. I think a link is just link. For being in SERP you need a page not just a link. Google won't see your link as a page.

I agree with willR, you may need to add some images that can increase male tension to make a date. Sometimes, an image can speak better than 1k words.
