I've purchase a lot of Gigs this year and trust me 50 cents adds up pretty
quickly when doing massive orders. I'll still use Fiverr but, for the people who
are really hard up for cash...

The best way to go about CPL/CPA/CP* is
through ppc, just test, test and test some more.

add policies and make sure your ads follow that policy. They will

Yeah... I got subscribes with adfly but, the open rate is terrible as most of my traffic came from 3rd world countries. Also most of these people don't have access to other payment methods asides...

I would never ever recommend to buy online web or offline
traffic from...
