I do this and I highly recommend that everyone do it.

It will take 20 minutes of your time but the security layer you add will be priceless.

Also, the free version of WordFence is all you need....

Stop killing yourself with SEO. Drop $5 or $10 a day on Facebook ads and build an audience that is after the info you are providing. You then have a regular readership to market to over and over...
