Yep, the more you pin, the more your followers will re-pin, which will get some of their followers to follow you. ;)

I have tried the same. But everyday i cant focus only on pinterest. But this has helped me in gaining more of genuine followers. The work we put in pinterest definitely shows good results. :)

I pin new things and re-pin and like other people's pins almost every evening, and I get tons of re-pins and followers. But mid-morning is also a good time to pin, except on weekends for some reason.
