According to moz, rating 40 to 50 is average, 50 to 60 is good and 60 above of it consider as excellent. Content cant help up to increase pa and da. But you can get good backlink from high da sites....

I think yes from visitor point of view, bcauze a visitor always search for a new if they find the same content in any blogging site they just walk away from the site without seeing the webpage and it...
