Facebook don't consider only likes comments and shares as engagement. If someone interact your post. Like they click on the image and leave. It count it as one engagement as well.

I chose $50-100. But it will be easy if they do it by themselves. Otherwise hiring a consultant is a good idea. So he can't be paid much than $50 on the maximum.
