Whilst responsive design looks great its not truly optimized for mobile, more often than not it will be slower and more bloated in terms of file size than a specifically optimized mobile website....

I am using Will's mobile templates, so what I did was use the contact us page with the form and changed the values to work with the aweber code. Works well.

Yes all my sites are coded as individual pages. And no one is loading more than the page they are viewing and yes just like any browser the pages viewed are cached which we all know and understand...

That functionality seems like it's at the very definition of CMS - you want to 'manage' when the info is visible.

You'd need something that could modify the rest of the site nav to 'know' about...
