Yeah. You can on Adcenter. Adwords you can't cause they detect it as a bridge page. So if the advertiser demands you run ads with your own domain, just have them forwarded to your affiliate link.

Usually, they would send you emails telling you what needs to be amended in your ad copy. If you repeat the violations repeatedly, your ads account may be banned.
