You'd probably have a much better chance if you have developed an ongoing relationship with the site owner by being a regular user there. Or, you have something to offer them in which you suspect...

I got a solicitation from them last week, too. From what I've read on this forum and other sites, they are a reputable company and are basically an Adsense alternative (they use Yahoo and Bing ads)....
