thanks Bob, I am guessing the combination of form and phone is ok for this type of work....whereas a response type service, ie pest control or drain blocking, the focus is on getting them to phone.

bringing any kind of food/sweets to any new or regular client is always well received. We have a recruitment rep come into our place with a box of crispy cremes on a regular basis.

of course they have their own internet, that's not the point. Its giving them wi-fi set-up to use for their customers hassle free. This wouldn't be trying to get 'businesses online'

its a pub I go into now and again in Coventry, the food is excellent but he is struggling to get people through the door, seems to have little support from the brewery and there a couple of chain...
