Re: Long Copy Sales Letters-Do they really Work?

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1) Short copy he writes himself sells discount car insurance effectively for Jack.

Re: Long Copy Sales Letters-Do they really Work?

Re: Does 100% honest copy work?

I'm a little surprised at the hubbub over this. Direct honest copy like Rick wrote, along with a little humor like what Drayton wrote, has always worked like gangbusters in places like CraigsList or...

Re: Potential Client's red flags ...

I “get” that clients prefer to pay less than we desire.

Because everyone wants a good deal.

But when they understand the exceptional value and results we’ll bring –

The right deal is very...

Re: How is it possible to write a sales letter in a week or less?

Hi Cab,

This is what I think... please take it with a grain or maybe a whole bucket of salt!

Re: How is it possible to write a sales letter in a week or less?

I have a lot of skepticism about people who claim to consistently write good copy in a few hours. Sure you may get lucky, but to strike it rich 9 times out of 10, yeah right.

And if its someone...

Re: video sales letter scripts

yes and no lol

IMHO good copy is full of short and punchy sentences - whether for video, audio or text...

But you'll find some folks who swear short videos are better and others who swear long...

Re: How is it possible to write a sales letter in a week or less?

I got both of them written in a week.

There's still work to be done.

I'm not saying it takes me a month to write a sales letter.

Re: How is it possible to write a sales letter in a week or less?

BTW, I've written sales letters in less than a day, because I had "all of the above" mentioned above.

But the client would never know that.

I normally quote a minimum turnaround of two weeks on...

Re: Any experts here wanna critique a rookie's headline?

It's a Cartltonesque style headline - and no offense - but like 99% of them - not as good as John would write.

Remember Carltons main sectors were...
