Except WSOs nobody in their right mind would use image files instead of html or php files:
- they are way smaller = faster;
- one can use different tracking codes;
- the text can be easily...

Like Justin said, work in the client's name naturally into the copy. Otherwise it's obviously a sales pitch and will be deleted.
