Exactly what that is, I'm not sure. A YouTube search turns up a bunch of clowns hyping it up and that can't be a good sign.

I have my Email address list in Excel. When I'm ready to email my list, I use an email extractor to copy and paste the Email addresses into my Gmail and then I send them out.

Depends on the traffic source, the cost per click, and ultimately the ROI if any.

Generally speaking, I like to get at least 500-1000 clicks for an offer before I make any decisions.
