Since most of the bidders start bidding at the very end of the auction, I wouldn't do it until the last 24 hours. It will stay on the front page for around 8 hrs more or less.

Yes, bidders will wait, but if they are interested they will be watching your listing. You can see how many bidders are watching your auction now from Flippa's dashboard.
