I think it's not just a good idea, it's a great idea. I would recommend that you move the price up into the headline of the ad and move the call to action to bottom line of the ad copy.

All I can see is test it. If it works, great. If not, try something else. That's the whole point of PPC. I could tell you why you should or why not, but I could be wrong in your particular case.

I think there nothing wrong if you mention it, you have a product description anyway so through that the client will already have an idea of your product and if they are really interested in buying...

Yes, be careful with trademarks and such. It's better to go with another domain name which still has your keyword on it. You can use 'pre' and 'post' word eg

'buy' + product description
'get'...

That is an unfair statement. There are a lot of good writers at a fair price floating around the internet.

You don't have to pay some one $1 a word to get decent content.
