Except those are two VERY different links:
- one is a permalink to a single post view
- the other is a category archive

There could be zillion reasons why the cat archive doesn't work.

I never recommended that plugin - on the contrary: I think it's a mistake using it.

Not all plugins are great... some were born out of some specific needs of an individual and others are using it...

Should? Maybe, could... there is no "mandatory" permalinks...

I think your permalink is not setup correctly, but I cant be certain without looking at your configuration.

your permalink should be something like /%category%/%postname%/

you should also...

You need to Post a page in the Category Iphone-News and not just the sub-categories. I don't think you have a page in just that category iphone-news.
