very odd. Not sure which cd burning program you are using but I have about 30 different kunaki products and have never experienced that error.

You need to convert your video to flash format for which most people already have a plugin.

Yep. I agree. But make sure there is no way people can't access your thank you page by blocking search engines spiders and any other links pointing to the page. Then, wait till you get 100 visitors...

Why not wait until you have 100 clicks then see what happens, and also test the form on a different computer and make sure that...

If your thank you page is "thank-you.php" then I think you been compromised. After hitting your landing page they go to the squeez page but being the crafty lot they are, I am guessing they are...
