The banner at the top looks like an ad, it does not look like an integral part of your design.

On the right down the side, you have a load of modules that say :
search for a job in uk and so on,...

The look of the site is dope. I would suggest your Email opt-in button be on the side of the input field. Right now it's below it. Other than that cool stuff!

In header section I can see there is a white color line. I feel if you could remove this line then it may be more attractive.

I think the pdcafe top navigation dropdown menu is too long. You might want to remove the cookie control popup. NLP site looks ok
