It looks like "Categories" in your sidebar is actually your "Pages" widget but you named it "Categories". Pages don't normally show up under Categories.

If you're talking about adding new Pages...

The links under catagories will show up automatically dependant upon how you catagorise the posts when you create them.

Given that you've only just set this up and you have no content on it yet, I think the easiest would be to remove your WordPress installation and then re-install it in your root domain....

OP, it sounds like a bit of work getting backlinks will pay off well for you. Getting to page 2, then page 1 should be do-able fairly quickly.
Use backlinkwatch.com to see where your competitions...

One of the biggest fallacies in SEO and IM is that you have 390 million competitors. You don't have anywhere near that number.

If someone lists your keyword once does that mean their a competitor?...
