Make friends with an agent, have them let you use their account; you search for an agency, and it gives you the agency and all its agents (with the agent phone number and email address).

Search Zillow or Realtor.com

You can also try each states Real Estate Commission page and do licensee searches. There may be an option for newly licensed agents as well, I’m not sure.

Build a brand first and foremost then create a unique/clever domain name that relates to your niche. Make sure it is easy to spell/remember/pronounce.

Wait for a week or bit more. It takes time to index. Don't worry. Meanwhile check the seo of your pages. Check the titles, specially content to avoid duplicate content issue plus check the image size...
