Part of the way I've maintained my high open-rates is by reassuring all my subscribers that I won't be collaborating with anyone else, or passing on offers from anyone...

They buy paid traffic. If you want big traffic fast you have to pay.

You can not plan on viral traffic. Sometime they don't even go viral for a long time until one day months later BAM it hits.
