Press release are usually used for backlinking purposes and not really for traffic. There is no one who can give the exact data on the amount of traffic you can get from press release.

It means you are probably seeing personalised results - are you sure you're logged out? If in doubt, use AdPreview.
It also obviously depends on the keyword - if it has next to no competition...
