It doesn't necessarily have to be initials. Just look at different ways to compress the name until it sounds good. Lots of companies have done this.

You might not need a website, but I highly recommend that you have a list when you start getting your initial customers.

You don't even need to pay for an autoresponder like Aweber, a free one...

I've read books on how most of these companies (PayPal, eBay, Google) were started and grew and, let me tell you, there was *a lot* more work and challenge to building these companies than it seems....
