People are much more likely to remember .com's without hyphens than any other type of address.

Find some untapped keywords, build a niche website based around them, SEO your site, build backlinks, get traffic,...

Social traffic in general is something that should be paid attention too. Sites like Facebook and Google+ can generate huge amounts of traffic if you put in the work to build up your pages.

Yep this would be my advice. WordPress is extremely easy to install with the 'Fantastico' tool that can be found in the HostGator control panel... it literally takes just a couple of clicks.

I'd use different pen names for each niche. If you're building up a following for each alias then it may confuse people and make you lose credibility when they Google the name their favorite fitness...

It's just part of the game if you ask me. Sure, non-tangible info products will lead to more refunds than a physical product but at the same time we don't have to pay for (or hold) stock or deal with...

Yeah try a bit of SEO. Do some keyword research (you can use the google keyword tool) to find some good gaming keywords to implement into your headers, alt tags, content and link building campaign...
