That depends on the course and any terms associated to it. Normally, copyright only applies to the actual words used, not the "ideas" presented in the course, as there are many different courses...

That's definitely true. While some of the rebill offers make it pretty clear as to what the terms & conditions of the trial are, many take steps to being actively deceiving, such as hiding the terms...

If it is a physical product and not a download, then it should be fine, however it depends on the actual product's TOS whether or not you are allowed to sell it.
