Indexing a website is pretty simple. Buy the domain, add hosting, create some unique content (at least 2 or 3 pages). Make sure it's optimized for speed and crawlability by the google bots.

Getting indexed is very easy. I suspect that when people say they can't get their site/page indexed they mean they don't rank for the keywords they want. That is an entirely different story.

Any web site (assuming original and not spammy) will get indexed by Google and found by typing in the domain name in less than 24 hours as long as it has a link pointed to it that Google can follow. ...

AFAIK you can easily setup a Ads Account but it will be much better if you warm up your first and then create a Fb Ads Account.
