Short answer: Yes.

But you will need a good microphone, it's easy for people to ask their money back if the sound sucks.

They can tolerate mediocre video, but not audio.

Richy, yes, that is simple to do with Camtasia. You just import all the individual media, whether it's a slide or screen recording or graphic, etc., then you can arrange the order and length any way...

I personally use Camtasia aswell and its awesome! Love the ease of use and the built in editor. It lets me pump out videos fairly quick, and export them in crisp HD quality.
