For sure, you'll need to look at the site's verified Google analytics. Also make sure you know where all the traffic is coming from and that they're legit. If not able to, it's better to pass.

You probably haven't tried their support lately. Takes at least 30mins to 1hr+ nowadays for live chat. Other companies have almost instantaneous live chat.

Some pages have adsense, some pages don't. Sometimes a page has more than one ad, could be counted as more than 1 ad view per person's pageview.

Sometimes wordpress does not count your own...

The ones I see on Pinterest post products onto their sites and then pin to Pinterest boards. Linking straight with the images is almost definitely not a good idea.
