Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

You have a good day too. It's only hard the first time around. The more you sell, the more you'll know. Good luck with it.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

For future auctions, I would make it easy on yourself and the buyer to just use Paypal for small transactions. I've accepted up to $2,500 for a payment for a site on Flippa. Not everyone is going to...

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

They don't work on the weekend, so you'll have to wait for a response. I have no idea of how to accept money in India. The escrow fee should be listed somewhere on the escrow site.

When you list...

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

I can't give you advice for payment in India. Use the escrow support for that and they will tell you what to do.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

Either one of you can start escrow. If he didn't, then he didn't really pay. If he did, they should have sent you a link to join in.

Normally when someone has been paid for something, they know...

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

How did he pay? First, you must verify that he did pay. If he paid via escrow, login and verify it. Don't transfer anything until you figure that out.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

It's your auction ... but do something one way or the other. As for your last question, don't know. They just return your credits so you can list it again.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

If the auction ends without a winner, you can relist it for half price, not free. You only get free if the buyer wins it and doesn't pay. But you should get going and either accept or reject that bid.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

Not true. Their support is based in Australia time and this auction will long be over before you get a reply from them.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

You can only file a dispute when someone has won the auction and hasn't paid. They have 3 days to pay. To make life simple, I would simply reject that bid, since he says he's not paying for 4 days.

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

I would reject the bid. That's too long to wait for payment and he's just holding your auction up. There's a high chance that he won't pay, since he obviously doesn't have the money now.

If you...

Re: Flippa BIN Doubt..

I have sold a few websites on Flippa and this is my 2 cents:
(a,b) Don't accept his bid. If he can't pay now then he will more than likely get cold feet and not pay on the 23rd.
(b,c) If none of...

Re: what are different ways to find LSI keywords?

Good stuff. Look also at the top ranking sites for your keywords and look at the topics of their content and the most commonly used phrases.

Re: what are different ways to find LSI keywords?

Put your keyword in Google search and then go to the bottom of the page where they have related words. Those are LSI words.

Re: Flippa Doubt..

So you're selling a domain rather than a site. Domains do not usually sell on Flippa very fast. I would try Godaddy auctions, but not sure you're going to get what you want for it.

Re: Flippa Doubt..

Yes ... that's what it means. A one day auction is a bit risky. You can relist an unsold auction at half price but you don't get any of the listing fees back if it doesn't sell.

Re: Flippa Doubt..

The listing fee is theirs, whether you sell your property or not.

What kind of site is it? Does it have any revenue?
