Nothing wrong, it shows that for everyone to give you an idea of how the image would look with text around it. Kind of pointless since most themes don't actually look like that, but it's not actually...

It's just standard standard place holder text. This is usually just put thereto give an indication as to where your text could go.

This shouldn't display on your blog when it's live.

Screenshot #3: that's just some default text Wordpress uses internally, wityhin the admin area, to indicate the size of your text after resizing it.
