I use Scrapebox to do it. Takes about 30 seconds. If you do not have Scrapebox, I guess you would have to do it manually.

The other images may be using a wider aspect ratio. 600 x 800 was common for earlier books which come out to a ratio of 1.33.

I make mine 1000x1600. They follow the guidelines, keep the proposed ratio and the stock images are inexpensive.

According to Amazon guidelines the long side of the cover should be a minimum of 2500 px.

Mine are usually in the area of 850x750px (made with Myecovermaker so they all have the same ratio) and they look fine.

You won't find a bad reviews for the networks like peerfly.
