Don't buy Traffic Elixir I already ask for a refund about it. That plugin is useless and will not work. I've personally tested it for almost 3 days I did not receive any single traffic as promised.

One of the instruction is to "run it as administrator". I think windows XP has no run it as administrator, has it? Maybe Vista and above have? It clearly says that you have to run it as administrator...
