I think each network has its own use. I use LinkedIn to create call lists, Facebook to promote, Twitter to Update, Youtube to Express, Instagram for my portfolio, and Hootsuite to manage it all...

Viral content is the easiest way to increase likes and your presence quickly. Things like animals, politics and memes generate activity faster than anything else.
