Although Matt Woodward's experiment suggests ahrefs (quite the drama involved if you dig into it by the way), i have been finding that Majestic has been finding more backlinks than ahrefs in the past...

Ahrefs has the largest database of the three. Look for Matt Woodward's experiment comparing Ahrefs and Majestic. SEOmoz is not even close.
