My ever-reliable Word Press theme is Thesis. I find it the easiest way to manage and tweak my WordPress designs. It can easily improve your site's SEO as well.

Exactly right. If you are in the first week of your site, have less than 100 visitors and you've spent more than 15 minutes looking at themes, rearranging your widgets, etc - then you are wasting...
