One other option is to use a check cashing business. It's not nearly as good as using a bank as they do charge a healthy fee - but at least you can cash the check.

As Kay said, they probably only cash checks like government checks -- and probably payroll checks from local businesses. But they're less likely to cash a check from out of town -- no matter what...

Most retailers will not cash a third party check. That's not unusual.

The check wasn't declined because of a CJ problem - it's likely WM simply restricts third party checks to certain accounts...

If you optimise for the exact keyword/phrase (which you should) and you rank well for it, then you may also rank for other phrases...
