I like "think and grow rich" too. For self-help, "the 7 habits of highly effective people" by Stephen R. Covey, is my favourite one.

My favorite of all time is "How To Win Friends And Influence People" by Da;e Carnegie. Although these are not self help books they did inspire me, 2 Good books I read recently were "Get Rich Click"...
