Yes it's fake and scripted but the injuries are real. In sports, it's pretty easy to tell if it's fake or not. If you can't bet/wager on it, it's most likely fake.

Paid traffic is a service. I wouldn't consider it an investment. Once your money runs out the service stops. Look into free traffic options also.

The domain name is very important. Find one that you are 100% satisfied with. Don't even think about using one just for now and you'll re-brand later, that would be a huge mistake.
