It depends on where bulk of your backlinks are coming from. If you have loads of backlinks from sites in the UK then you will rank well for google.co.uk.

Maybe that keyword was searched through "Broad" category, try to do "Exact" match. Some keywords show 100k per month search as "broad" but when you try thet "exact" match it only shows 540 month...

I agree, actually you should look into meditation to clear your mind. Just close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing for 10 min. You would be surprised how much this clears things up.

Sometimes I drink a can of red bull or other caffeine drinks to keep me going, but if you are exhausted just take a day off and relax. Your body DOES need a break now and then.
