Your CTR at 24% is considered above average.

I do wish to add one more thing, you mentioned that most of your CTR comes from one particular article.. analyse it and...

Well, from my experience, I can say both are rough estimates but I will have to go with Google since we all use Google as our Search engine. However, do note that it also doesn’t return very accurate...
